Section LXXIX-1901 - Transportation

A. If transportation is not provided by the public school board, parents of students attending nonpublic schools shall be reimbursed for transportation, provided funds are appropriated.

B. When bus transportation is provided by a city, parish, or other local public school board, the nonpublic school shall establish written policies regarding carpool and bus line procedures in accordance with LAC 28:CXIII.903. (Bulletin 11 9 ).
