Section LXXIX-101 - General AuthorityA. The nonpublic school board or governing body shall pass a resolution establishing the nonpublic school and setting forth its goals and objectives.B. Nonpublic schools are designed to meet the needs of a specific group of students. Each nonpublic school will evaluate itself on the basis of its stated goals and objectives.La. Admin.
