Section LXIX-307 - Standards for Therapeutic ClusterA. These standards apply to occupations or functions involved primarily in changing the health status of the client over time. The standards specify the knowledge and skills that the worker in the therapeutic cluster should have. 1. Therapeutic workers will understand the facility protocol and guidelines for collecting data.2. They will participate in identifying client health care needs, strengths and problems, and report results.3. Therapeutic workers will understand the general purpose and components of the treatment plan. They will assist in planning procedures according to facility protocol.4. Therapeutic workers will understand the procedures within their scope of practice and the ways that these procedures relate to the goals and objectives of the treatment plan. They will complete procedures accurately and in a timely fashion, supporting the treatment team.5. Therapeutic workers will know the client's needs, strengths, and problems. They will assist in the evaluation of client status in order to determine whether treatment goals are being reached.La. Admin. Code tit. 28, § LXIX-307
