Section IV-1819 - Responsibilities of the Louisiana Board of RegentsA. The board shall promulgate administrative rules in accordance with the Louisiana Administrative Procedure Act, in consultation with DCFS and in accordance with a memorandum of understanding entered into by and between the board/LOSFA and DCFS.La.
