Section IV-111 - Criminal PenaltiesA. All certifications of student performance which are submitted to the board for the purpose of determining a student's eligibility for an award under a student aid program administered by the board shall be by sworn affidavit of the certifying official and such official shall be subject to criminal law applicable to false swearing.La.
