Section III-1905 - PenaltiesA. Failure to maintain and/or turn over student records as provided above will result in the assessment of penalties.B. If necessary, a claim shall be made against the surety bond posted at the time of submission of the license application to satisfy any penalties for failure to maintain and/or turn over student records pursuant to R.S. 17:3141.5 (D)(1)(b)(iv).La.
