Section CXXXIX-705 - Contract ExecutionA. A duly authorized officer of the board of directors of the charter operator shall sign the charter contract on behalf of the charter operator.B. The president of BESE shall sign the charter contract on behalf of BESE.C. The charter contract shall not be fully executed until the charter operator completes all pre-opening requirements identified for completion prior to contract execution.La. Admin.
