Section CXXXIX-2911 - Evaluation and Assessment for BESE-Authorized Charter SchoolsA. Each charter operator shall annually evaluate every teacher and administrator employed at its charter schools using the value-added assessment model and measures of student growth as determined BESE pursuant to R.S. 17:3902(B)(5) and comply with all other such requirements specified in R.S. 17: 3997.La.
