Section CXXXIX-1301 - Initial CharterA. An approved charter shall be valid for an initial term of four years.B. A charter operator shall have a right to operate a charter school during its initial four year term unless the charter is revoked or surrendered.C. A charter operator's right to operate a charter school shall cease upon the expiration of the initial four year term, unless the charter operator is granted an extension to operate for a fifth year.La.
