C. Economics may be taught by a teacher certified in business education.D. Free enterprise and the one credit civics course shall include instruction in personal finance. Such instruction shall include but shall not be limited to the following components: 4. savings and investing.E. Beginning with the 2016-2017 school year, the civics course and all courses permitted to substitute for civics, shall contain a unit of study that includes the civics-related content of which naturalized citizens are required to demonstrate mastery. 1. Students shall be administered a test based on the content of the civics portion of the naturalization test used by the United Citizenship and Immigration Services.2.
