Section CLXV-301 - Certification of Child Care Provider's Eligibility for Participation in CCAPA. A child care provider must be certified by the Department of Education (department) as eligible for participation in the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) in order to become a CCAP provider and receive CCAP payments. No CCAP payments may be made to a child care provider until the provider is certified by the department.B.
