Section CLXI-1801 - ProhibitionA. No person who has been found by the department to be ineligible for child care purposes shall own, operate or participate in the governance of an early learning center, or shall be employed by an early learning center as a volunteer, staff member, employee or independent contractor of any kind, or shall be employed by an entity identified in §1809 as an employee or contract employee that provides services in early learning centers when children are present.La.
