Section VII-4315 - Noncompliance by AgencyA. Noncompliance of an agency will result in a written notice of the noncompliance from the state librarian to the chief administrative officer of the agency. This notice shall state the alleged noncompliance, a specific date on which such noncompliance must be remedied, and that further noncompliance will result in a report to the attorney general and the governor.La.
