Section V-715 - [Effective until 9/24/2024] Grant AgreementA. Not later than the 30th day after the date the department notifies the applicant it has been awarded a grant through the MEIP, the department and applicant shall execute an agreement that provides for a financial commitment to the entity and all terms and conditions relevant thereto.La.
