Section V-305 - Responsibility to Procure and Place Litter ReceptaclesA. It shall be the responsibility of any person owning or operating any establishment or public place in which litter receptacles are required by these rules and regulations to procure, place and maintain such receptacles at their own expense on the premises in accordance with the provisions of these rules and regulations.La.
