Section V-109 - How to ApplyA. Applications (original plus six copies), together with a copy of the IRS determination letter and document showing proof of matching funds must be submitted to: 1. Economic Development Districts (EDD's) in which the project is located; or2. Office of Tourism (Box 94291, Baton Rouge, LA 70804-9291, Attention: Act 455 Program) if the project overlaps EDD boundaries (i.e., statewide organizations or regional groups crossing EDD boundaries, commonly referred to as "non-EDD's").La.
