Section I-155 - Central State Archaeological Survey FilesA. The provisions of this Subchapter establish the central state archaeological survey files as authorized by R.S. 41:1607(5). The files shall be maintained in the office of the state archaeologist under his care, custody, and responsibility, acting for and on behalf of the commission. Also contained in this Subchapter are provisions which clarify the custodianship and use of state-owned antiquities.La. Admin. Code tit. 25, § I-155
