Section I-145 - Landmarks-State-Owned LandsA. Any prehistoric or historic site defined by R.S. 41:1607(1) and located in, under, or on lands belonging to the state of Louisiana may be included in the registry at the discretion of the commission.La. Admin. Code tit. 25, § I-145
