Section I-121 - Regulations SeverableA. Provisions of these regulations are declared to be severable, and should any part hereof be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining parts of the regulations shall remain in full force and effect. All actions of the commission in conflict herewith are repealed to the extent of such conflict.La. Admin. Code tit. 25, § I-121
