Section XV-727 - Continuing Duty to File Pretrial MotionsA. Counsel should be prepared to raise during the subsequent proceedings any issue which is appropriately raised pretrial, but could not have been so raised because the facts supporting the motion were unknown or not reasonably available. Further, counsel should be prepared to renew a pretrial motion if new supporting information is disclosed in later proceedings.La. Admin. Code tit. 22, § XV-727
