Section XV-721 - Development of a Theory of the CaseA. During investigation and trial preparation, counsel should develop and continually reassess a theory of the case. Counsel, during the investigatory stages of the case preparation must understand and develop strategies for advancing the appropriate defenses on behalf of the client.La. Admin.
