Section XV-207 - Appeals ProcedureA. Should an application for funding under §205. A be denied in part or full, the applicant has 30 days from the date of the letter notifying applicant of denial to request in writing that the application be reviewed by the director of the Louisiana Indigent Defense Assistance Board.
