Section XV-1347 - Diversion/AlternativesA. The attorney should be familiar with diversionary programs and alternative solutions available in the community. Such programs may include diversion, mediation, or other alternatives that could result in a child client's case being dismissed or handled informally. When appropriate and available, the attorney shall advocate for the use of informal mechanisms that could divert the client's case from the formal court process.La. Admin. Code tit. 22, § XV-1347
