Section XV-1327 - State Social Work and Probation PersonnelA. Attorneys should cooperate with social workers and probation personnel and should instruct the client to do so, except to the extent such cooperation is or will likely become inconsistent with protection of the client's legitimate interests in the proceeding or of any other rights of the client under the law.La.
