Section XI-709 - Parole to DetainerA. When the committee determines that it would be in the best interest of the public and the inmate, parole may be granted subject to any outstanding detainers or notices that are held by local and/or immigration authorities. Once the parolee is released from the detaining authority, he must report to the Division of Probation and Parole district office where he will be supervised while on parole.La. Admin.
