Section XI-503 - Parole PanelsA. The committee shall meet in panels comprised of at least three members of the committee, except as otherwise provided in these rules.B. The chairman of the committee shall randomly assign all three-member panels. Each panel shall appoint the chairperson of that three-member panel.C. The random selection of panels shall be done in such a manner as to result in the smallest probability of having a panel constituted by the same three members for two consecutive months.D. A member may request a change in the composition of a panel to which that member has been assigned. However, such requests shall be carefully considered and shall generally only be made in the case of illness or emergency.La. Admin. Code tit. 22, § XI-503
