Section XI-1901 - GeneralA. All board members are governed by the Code of Governmental Ethics (R.S. 42:15 et seq.), as well as this Code of Ethics (LAC 22:XI.Chapter 19).B. Since board members are in a position of public trust, they are not to engage in any activities, either privately or officially, where a conflict of interest may exist.La. Admin.
