Section III-5301 - IntroductionA. In response to the mounting concern about the use of drugs by youth, the Louisiana Commission on Law Enforcement makes Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) grants available to sheriffs' offices, marshal and constable offices, and police departments who can demonstrate the capacity to offer the D.A.R.E. program in accordance with nationally recognized curriculum standards.La.
