Section I-919 - Removal of an Unlicensed Trained Employee from Responsibilities to Administer Medication [Formerly Section 519 ]A. The removal of an unlicensed trained employee to administer medication shall occur under any of the following circumstances: 2. found guilty of abuse/neglect and/or misappropriation of a juvenile's medication or equipment;3. fails to participate in annual in-service;4. Performs unsatisfactorily with said performance documented and reported by the course instructor tot he director. The course instructor has the option either to provide in-service training, to require that the medication administration course be repeated, or to relieve the employee of the responsibility to administer medication following due process procedures.La.
