Section VII-5117 - RecisionA. Recision or reduction of a firm's federal SBIR grant funds will result in the immediate recision or reduction of the state matching grant to the firm. Any state matching award funds which have been disbursed to the firm and which are determined by the corporation to relate to the recision or reduction, are immediately owed to the corporation and shall be returned to the corporation within seven days of the notice of the recision or reduction of the firm's federal SBIR award.La.
