Section III-907 - Response to ComplaintA. No minority business enterprise shall be decertified based upon a complaint, without first having an opportunity to respond to the complaint; however, failure of the minority-owned business to respond to notification of the complaint within 20 calendar days of mailing from OMBE may result in suspension of certification or decertification.La.
