Section III-901 - Ineligibility ComplaintsA. Any individual, firm, agency, or other person who believes that an applicant certified as a minority business enterprise does not qualify under the standards of eligibility for certification may file a written, signed complaint with the Office of Minority Business Enterprises. Such complaints must contain sufficient information for the office to determine the validity of the complaint, including specific identification of the affected applicant business; the basis for the belief that the applicant does not meet eligibility criteria; and an identification of the complaint.La.
