Section III-521 - LiabilityA. Certification as a minority business enterprise does not constitute compliance with any other laws or regulations (including contractor registration or prequalification requirements), and does not relieve any firm of its obligations under other laws or regulations. Certification as a minority business enterprise also does not constitute any determination by the Office of Minority Business Enterprises that the firm is responsible or capable of performing any work.La.
