Section III-1515 - Agency Receipt and Evaluation of Minority Set-Aside BidsA. Agencies shall evaluate all reasonable bids for proposals received from certified minority-owned businesses in response to a set-aside advertisement. Bids or proposals received shall be evaluated in accordance with the terms of the invitation to bid or the request for proposals and normal purchasing standards. Bids from vendors who have not been certified in accordance with the procedures of Chapter 5 of this Part shall not be considered in response to a set-aside contract.La. Admin.
