Section III-319 - Use of Term WholesaleA. It is a deceptive act or practice for a seller to use the term wholesale or words of similar meaning in connection with any merchandise offered for sale at retail.B. Wholesale means "to sell in quantity for resale." Thus, "wholesale prices" are the prices at which goods are sold in quantity for resale.
