Section I-307 - Acceptance of Aid and GuaranteesA. Pursuant to the Act, the agency, by resolution, may accept financial or technical assistance, including insurance and guarantees, from the federal or state governments or any person or corporations, agree and comply with any condition attached thereto, and authorize and direct the execution on behalf of the agency of any agreement which it considers necessary or appropriate to implement any such financial and technical assistance, insurance, guarantees or other aid.B. Without limitation on the provisions of Subsection A the agency by resolution may accept any guarantee or commitment to guarantee its bonds or notes and authorize and direct the execution on behalf of the agency of any agreement which it considers necessary or appropriate with respect thereto.La.
