Section III-901 - Eligibility

A. Applicant must be a manufacturing firm.

B. Applicant must apply for a minimum of 10 net-new, permanent manufacturing jobs that are classed as entry-level unskilled.

C. Applicant must assign a supervisor/instructor to at least 10 trainees.
