Section III-2101 - Preamble and PurposeA. Workforce development and job training is vital to support the state's commitment to the development of strategies and initiatives for the entertainment industry, and the state's long-term goal of achieving an independent, self-supporting entertainment industry.B. The purpose of the program is to support entertainment industry workforce development and education with appropriate curriculum and equipment by approved training providers and educational institutions as a means of improving the competitiveness and productivity of Louisiana's entertainment industry workforce.La.
