Section I-913 - Affidavit of Final CostA. Within six months after construction has been completed, an affidavit of final cost showing complete cost of the exempted project shall be filed on the prescribed form together with a fee of $250 for the inspection which will be conducted by the Office of Commerce and Industry (make check payable to the Louisiana Economic Development).La.
