Section I-3711 - Duration of CertificationA. If approved, certification shall be valid for two years from the date of certification.B. A certified CDC or CDFI shall submit to the Department, on or before the anniversary date of their certification; a notarized annual financial report complying with the requirements of R.S. 33:130.754(F).La.
