A. The purpose of this Chapter is to administer the Louisiana Community Economic Development Act as established by R.S. 33:130.751 et seq. and R.S. 47:6031.B. The purpose of this program is to provide for community development corporations and community development financial institutions and to encourage economic development.La. Admin.
