Section I-1509 - Recommendations of the Secretaries of Economic Development and RevenueA. The Office of Commerce and Industry shall forward the application with its recommendations to the Secretary of Economic Development and the Secretary of Revenue for their review. Within 30 days after the receipt of the application the secretaries of Economic Development and Revenue shall submit their recommendations (the Secretary of Revenue shall submit a Letter of No Objection in lieu of a letter of recommendation) in writing to the assistant secretary of Commerce and Industry.La.
