Section I-113 - Standing CommitteesA. The board, by resolution adopted by a majority of the board then in office, may establish one or more standing committees, each which shall consist of three or more board members. Each committee shall have and exercise the authority of the board as contained within the resolution establishing such committee and shall perform such functions as shall be provided for in such resolution.B.
