Section XIX-113 - DurationA. With the exception of transmitting utility filings presented in the format required by §107 herein, a financing statement is effective for a period of five years from the date of filing. Transmitting utility filings properly presented for filing are effective until a termination statement is filed with the filing officer with whom the financing statement was originally filed.La.
