Section V-505 - Application to CommissionerA. An applicant shall file with the commissioner five copies of an application for Approval of Conversion, with supporting exhibits, in the form required by the FSLIC, including Forms AC, PS and OC. The applicant shall also furnish to the commissioner such additional information as the commissioner may request which is not included in the applicant's filings with the FSLIC.La. Admin.
