Section III-723 - Rehearing, Reopening (formerly Section 529)A. Requests for reconsideration, reopening, or rehearing are subject to the procedures and requirements of R.S. 49:959. Any request for reconsideration, reopening, or rehearing must be received by DAL within 10 business days (exclusive of legal holidays or weekends) from the date the decision is transmitted. Computation of time shall be determined in accordance with Rule 105B. Unless otherwise provided by law, judicial review of a decision is subject to the procedures and time limits of R.S. 49:964 and R.S. 46:107.La. Admin. Code tit. 1, § III-723
