Section 9-5-4 - Feeding platforms and other feeding equipment

It shall be unlawful for any person to feed cooked garbage or cooked slaughterhouse refuse to animals, except on a feeding platform constructed of concrete or other approved impervious material. Curbs or feeding troughs shall be provided to confine all refuse to the platform.
