Section 88-29a-2 - Scope

This regulation shall be applicable to each state educational institution's review of applications beginning with the 2015 summer session. Unless expressly stated as applicable to non-degree-seeking students, this article shall apply only to undergraduate degree-seeking students at any state educational institution.
