Section 88-22-1 - Definitions(a) "Course of instruction" means the program of study established by a school which leads to eligibility for certification in a hard-to-fill teaching discipline. (b) "Full time student" means a student who is taking an academic course load of a minimum of 12 semester credit hours. (c) "Board of regents" or "board" means the state board of regents provided for in the constitution of this state. (d) "Ethnic minority group" shall be defined as it is in K.S.A. 1991 Supp. 74-3284(e)-(i). (e) "Student budget" means one of several budgets used by an institution to package financial assistance awards. Kan. Admin. Regs. § 88-22-1
