Section 88-20-3 - Applicant eligibility

Each applicant for a Kansas nursing scholarship shall demonstrate to the executive officer of the board or the executive officer's designee that the applicant:

(a) Is a resident of the state of Kansas;

(b) has entered into an agreement with a qualified sponsor;

(c) has entered into an agreement with the board; and

(d) is currently enrolled in or has been admitted as a full-time student to a school of nursing in a course of instruction leading to licensure as a licensed professional nurse or licensed practical nurse.
